The shift rod is one of those parts that, if it's ugly, ruins the setup; and if it's clean, makes the side look perfect. The Speedliner from Arlen Ness is all about that: a no-frills design, lightweight and elegant, to match any style of bike (custom, performance, you name it).

It's made from CNC machined billet aluminum with a black anodized finish and comes with two specifically designed spherical bearings, hydraulically pressed precisely into the rod. The result: a solid feel and smooth operation, without any "toy-like" looseness.

Tip: when installing, adjust the length so the pedal is to your liking and carefully tighten the locknuts. A good adjustment here is noticeable every time you shift gears.
