(hereinafter, "IGUANA CUSTOM") and the natural persons or legal entities that purchase products from this web page. (hereinafter, "IGUANA CUSTOM"), with address CTRA de Agost, 83-85 Nave A - San Vicente del Raspeig 03690 - Alicante, and the natural or legal persons (hereinafter, "client") who express their wish to purchase said products by means of the request made via Internet, through this web site. The customer's request constitutes the particular conditions to which these GCS are associated, which the customer must consult prior to the purchase of the product. The customer will be exposed through the website www.igunacustom.com these GCS, to read, print, file and accept, the customer can not buy the product without such consultation has taken place. IGUANA CUSTOM reserves the right to modify the present GCS at any time, without the need to communicate it previously to the client, who in any case, is the only responsible for reviewing them as a previous and indispensable requirement for the acquisition of any product available through the web page IGUANA CUSTOM. In any case, the GCS that were exposed on the website at the time the customer acquires the corresponding products will be considered as valid and applicable.

The descriptions of the products offered by IGUANA CUSTOM on its website are based on the information provided by the brands and/or suppliers of the products. Orders

Only persons with the necessary legal capacity to enter into contracts relating to the type of goods and services offered on this web page may place orders with IGUANA CUSTOM. The data stored by IGUANA CUSTOM constitute the proof of all the transactions carried out between IGUANA CUSTOM and its clients. IGUANA CUSTOM will confirm to the client, by means of an email, that his order has been registered. The contractual information will be provided by IGUANA CUSTOM to the clients through its web.

Prices

The prices of the products shown are indicated with all taxes included for private customers who are from a sales area with VAT, and excluding taxes for professional customers or when the shipping address is for an area with a different tax treatment and excluding preparation and shipping costs. The shipping costs can be seen before finalizing the purchase and are shown separately. With regard to the comparative prices indicated next to the sale price, they are established using either the catalogue price supplied by the supplier or the prices established by IGUANA CUSTOM's services in one or more points of sale. In any case, IGUANA CUSTOM has the consent of the supplier to sell its products at the proposed prices. IGUANA CUSTOM reserves the right to modify these prices at any time, however, the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of the registration of the orders. The products will remain the property of the supplier until the price is paid in full. IGUANA CUSTOM reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute.

Availability of the products

The products offered in IGUANA CUSTOM are permanent. The current website of IGUANA CUSTOM does not show the real availability of the products, but only the approximate delivery times, to which the time of the chosen transport must be added. The reservation of the products by the associates will be effective at the end of the purchase process, i.e. at the time of payment. If a product is not available once the order has been placed and before the end of the shipping process of the sale in question, the customer will be informed by e-mail or telephone of the partial shipment or cancellation of the order. If the account had already been debited at the time of giving the information regarding the unavailability of the product, a refund will be made for the corresponding amounts, informing the customer about it by sending an e-mail. Payment

Delivery times

From this moment, the time it takes for the order to arrive at your home depends on the shipping method selected at the time of payment.

The final delivery time of the total order will be that of the product with the longest delivery time + the shipping time of the shipping method selected at the time of payment.

In case of not being able to comply with the maximum delivery time or in case of price variation or any other circumstance that would vary the conditions set forth herein, we will contact the customer for the acceptance of the new conditions. In the case of not obtaining your consent, the order will be cancelled and if applicable, a credit will be made for the total amount of the invoice.

Iguana Custom reserves the right to use different courier companies or to change the shipping method, as long as it does not affect the price of the order and the shipping time is less than that chosen by the customer, as well as to ship partial orders without any additional cost to the customer.

In destinations where there is a customs procedure, we can not be responsible for delays caused by the processing of this institution as it does not depend on us or the courier company, but exclusively on this external control body.

Modalities of shipment

Express Courier Service to your home

Delivery time up to 48 hours, to the door of your home from the departure of our warehouses, 72 hours in the case of Balearic Islands.

Only for shipments to mainland Spain, Balearic Islands and Portugal.

Post

Shipment via Post Office 72 hours (to be picked up at the Post Office corresponding to your Post Code).

No cash on delivery option.

For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla you have to add the days needed for customs.

Only for shipments to the Canary Islands.

For shipments to the Canary Islands VAT (21%) will not be included in the cost of the order, but the customs system will apply the corresponding tax charges on receipt of the order. We can not determine the amount of taxes to be paid by the customer to receive your order as it depends on the Canary Islands General Indirect Tax (IGIC) and Customs of the Canary Islands. As a guideline, and in no case definitive, the authorities usually charge between 15 and 30 € for import duties and customs administrative procedures, in addition to the percentage corresponding to the IGIC (Canary Islands General Indirect Tax). International shipping (from 3 to 20 days approx. depending on the country).

Deliveries to many countries (except Spain) with a shipping time that depends on the country of destination.

The most economical rate will be applied, depending on the country of destination, which may be TNT, DHL, UPS, EMS, Mail, etc..

At the entrance of the goods in the country of destination you may have to pay local taxes.

In this shipping method the weight of the products is calculated using their "international equivalent weight", instead of the "approximate weight".

Puntopack

Deliveries to points near your address, available in several countries in the Puntopack (Mondial Relay) network.

Delivery within 3 to 7 working days to pick up at the requested point from the departure from our warehouse.

Pick up at Iguana Custom stores

You can pick up your order in any of our stores if you made the purchase in the online store with the method 'Pick up in store' and in the order you specified in which store you want to pick it up (Alicante, Barcelona, Madrid or Valencia). In this case you do not have any shipping costs.

Free shipping

Free shipping costs for private customers from 50 Euros for Spain Peninsula and Balearic Islands with the following shipping methods, Punto Pack and Correos (office collection) in the Express service mode from 50 Euros applies a lower price.

Purchases over 100 Euros will be free shipping in any of the methods for mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.

Shipments to the European Union will be free from 150 Euros of purchase.

Unfortunately we can not offer free shipping to: Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Azores and countries outside the European Union.

Precautions to take into account at the time of delivery

It is up to the addressee to check the shipments on arrival, to express any observations and to make any complaints he/she deems appropriate. He/she may even refuse the package if it is likely to have been opened or if it shows clear signs of deterioration. Said observations or complaints must be sent to the transport company and to IGUANA CUSTOM. If the products delivered do not conform in nature or quality to the specifications indicated on the delivery note, the customer must, under penalty of expiry, make their claims within 14 calendar days of delivery. Returns or Exchanges

The purchased products may be returned within 30 calendar days of receipt, the product must arrive at our facilities within these 30 days. We have different cases for returns or expenses and each with its own characteristics.

Free size change

You have the option of free size exchange, for the same product in a different size. Only in Spain Peninsular or Balearic Islands) with the following operation.

- You must access your customer account and in the orders section you can process the return, here you can indicate the new size desired along with the type of return you have chosen and you will receive a confirmation of the return (with a return number).

- Once received (between 3 and 12 days), it will be checked that the product is in perfect condition and the new size will be sent to the nearest PuntoPack to your customer address, if you want another PuntoPack you must indicate it in the return.

Why PuntoPack? How long does it take to make an exchange? Can I do it faster?

We have chosen PuntoPack because it is a comfortable operation for the customer, you can manage the label directly, you do not have to wait at home to pick up the package, you just have to go to the thousands of collection points, it is fast and convenient, but it is a little slow.

The total process can take between 7 and 20 days depending on the collection days of your Puntopack.

Of course you can speed up this process in two ways:

1 - We can process the size exchange with Express courier with collection and home delivery at a cost of €7, just indicate this preference when processing the return.

2 - You can process the return and buy the new size, when the return arrives you will receive a refund of the product (only if you have purchased the same product in a different size), you can even have the two sizes simultaneously in your possession to decide better and then return for free by Puntopack the one that does not fit you.

Free Return or Free Product Exchange.

Now we have the option to return any product for free, only from mainland Spain or Balearic Islands, provided that the amount of the returned products are left in your customer account for future purchases.

To benefit from this option the way is as follows:


- Request the return in your customer account indicating that you want to accumulate the amount in your customer account, shortly after you will receive confirmation with your return number.

Return with Refund or Withdrawal.

Of course you can return your products within 30 calendar days of receipt, counting that the product must reach our facilities within this period, to exercise your right of withdrawal and recover the money for the products, under the following conditions.

- The products must meet the conditions described below, taking care of the packaging.

- The first thing to do is to register the return in your customer account, in order to receive your return number.

- You must send the products by your means to the address on the invoice or deposit them in one of our network of Tiendas Iguana Custom, with a copy of the return number or invoice, indicating that the refund is requested. (This will always be refunded in the same way that has been paid, in the case of the cash on delivery option will be made a bank transfer to the account number provided to us.

The refund will always be the amount of the product (not including shipping costs if any).

If you want we put at your disposal our means of shipment for returns with the following costs:

- PuntoPack Spain Peninsular 6 Euros or Balearic Islands 8 Euros (transit 5 to 15 days)

- Courier home collection - 12 Euros (Peninsula) 18 Euros (Balearic Islands) (transit 3 or 4 days)

Refunds will always be applied in the same way as the original payment within 3 to 10 days of receipt of the return by Iguana Custom.

Returns from Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra and Azores

We are sorry to say that we cannot provide preferential options for customs areas such as the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra, Azores. In these cases the customer always has to send the goods by their own means making sure that the products always arrive customs free.

Conditions for returning/exchanging a product

- You can not return or exercise the withdrawal, articles made to measure, custom products, products that involve a problem with hygiene, products electroncitos motorcycle, items that indicate on the website that are an express order and warns that can not be returned.

- The product must be in perfect condition and properly packaged, as far as possible with its original packaging and labeling, but the product will suffer a depreciation that will have to assume the customer. Approvals

Modification of the general conditions of sale
