The 90° That Makes a Difference in Flow and Performance

The Arlen Ness 90° Monster Sucker CrossFire is designed for Harley-Davidson Milwaukee-Eight 2017–2024 engines that demand peak performance. With the largest filtering surface on the market for 90° systems, it offers superior breathing capacity for both stock engines and high-performance setups.

Its construction combines a forged billet aluminum body with CNC machining finished in black powder coat and a black anodized CrossFire cover, achieving an aggressive and modern look. The 90° design also provides excellent legroom, ideal for sporty riding or long trips.

The filter element is made from water-resistant synthetic material, washable and reusable. After cleaning, simply rinse it: no oil required. Under normal conditions, a rain sock is not needed, although it is available optionally (ref. 590445) for use in extreme weather.

It features patented internal Hidden Breather vents, eliminating external hoses and offering a clean, professional look.
