This will be the last air filter your vehicle's engine will need: We guarantee replacement filters for 10 years or 1 million miles (1,609,344 kilometers).  Why does K&N do such a thing?  They do this because the filters are designed to last for the rest of the engine life. They use only the highest quality materials and never take any chances.
We recommend that the filter be cleaned and oiled again every 50,000 miles (80,467 kilometers); then it can be put back into the engine and will work virtually like a new one.
