Sintered Brake Pads for the front and rear axle in a wide range of modern Harley-Davidson models. The sintered material provides high power, excellent wet response, and heat resistance, perfect for heavy bikes, riding with a passenger/luggage, or more spirited driving.

• FLT/Touring 2008–2025 (excludes 2023–2025 FLHXSE, 2023–2025 FLTRXSE, and 2025 FLTRXSTSE).
• V-Rod 2006–2017 (front/rear).
• Trikes 2009–2013 and 2019–2025 (front).
• RH975 Nightster 2022–2025 and RH975S Nightster Special 2023–2025 (front).

Certification

ECE R90 for legal road use with validated performance.

Advantages

• Long lifespan and minimal performance loss due to temperature.
• Very quick response in dry/rain; great braking capacity.

Considerations

• Sintered pads may wear the disc faster than organic ones.
• Do not use on discs not certified for this type of compound.

Installation and Break-In

• Check calipers, pistons, and guides; clean and degrease discs.
• Do not mix different compounds on the same axle.
• Gradual break-in to stabilize the friction coefficient.
