2-1 Titanium Headers (decat) for Touring and CVO 2017–2024

Set of Racing Zard headers in titanium without a catalytic converter (decat) to extract maximum engine performance. They offer significant weight reduction and better heat dissipation compared to steel.

Performance and Use

  • No catalytic converter: lower back pressure and instant response.
  • Not approved; exclusive use off-road or on the track.
  • Special Order: manufactured upon request.

Construction

  • Competition-grade titanium, TIG welding, and CNC bending.
  • 2-1 design to enhance torque in the mid-range.

Installation

  • Bolt-on with the rest of the system; professional installation is recommended.
