Stainless Steel Headers without Catalytic Converter for Pan America 2020–2025

Set of 2-1 Zard headers made from AISI 304 stainless steel for off-road use. Removing the catalytic converter reduces the weight (from 3.6 kg OEM to 1.9 kg) and increases gas flow.

Performance and Construction

  • Decat: lower back pressure and immediate response.
  • CNC bending, 2D/3D laser cutting, and qualified welding.
  • Includes carbon heat shield 973643 on the rear section.

Usage and Installation

  • Not approved for road use. Racing / off-road only.
  • Recommended combination with Zard 973640 slip-on (Racing).
  • No injection adjustments required.
