Unmolded Alternator Stator for Harley-Davidson XL Sportster 1991-2006. The unmolded design allows for direct cooling of the windings, minimizing temperature failures and maintaining a stable system charge.

Installation
- Inspect rotor and magnets; replace if cracked or demagnetized.
- Check regulator/rectifier and harness condition.
- Use a new primary gasket and seal cable entries.
- Verify AC output and final battery charge.
