These riser reducers are used as filler to reduce the diameter between the riser and the handlebar.
Used to make 1" (25.4mm) handlebars fit larger 1-1/4" (32mm) diameter risers.
Designed for use with Harley type risers that are equipped with a single top clamp.
Kit includes one upper and one lower reducer.
