Custom orange reflective vest with DTF printing
Customize this high-visibility orange reflective vest with two designs: one for the front and another for the back. A specially designed option for motorcycle clubs, associations, route groups, companies, events, and professional collectives who want to incorporate their logo, crest, or visual identity.
The customization is done using full-color DTF printing. To place your order, you must upload two images with sufficient resolution: one for the front and another for the back.
The final size of each print will be adapted to the vest size, the design sent, and the available surface. The reflective bands will always remain free, and the customization will be sized so as not to cover an amount of fluorescent fabric that could compromise the high-visibility conditions associated with EN ISO 20471 Class II certification.
For this reason, Iguana Custom may proportionally resize the designs when necessary. Graphics with large areas of solid color may require a smaller print size than texts, open logos, or designs with transparent areas.

Customization for motorcycle clubs, companies, and associations
DTF printing allows you to reproduce motorcycle club crests, logos, names, texts, illustrations, and full-color designs. You can use the back for the main design and the front area for a logo, name, chapter, or badge.
It is also suitable for companies, associations, event organizers, support teams, and other groups that need to combine high visibility and personalized identification.
How to send your designs
- Upload an image for the front.
- Upload a different image for the back.
- Use files with good resolution and definition.
- Avoid pixelated images, screenshots, or excessively compressed files.
- The final print size will be adjusted when necessary to respect the high-visibility areas.
Important: the size at which the uploaded file is displayed does not necessarily determine the final print size. The customization will be adapted to the characteristics of each size and design.
Reflective vest for motorcycles and 2026 regulations
As of October 1, 2026, the approved reflective vest will become part of the mandatory equipment for motorcycles and scooters when traveling on the road.
For individual motorcyclists, this does not mean regularly riding with the vest on, but rather carrying it on the motorcycle and using it in situations provided for by the regulations, such as when it is necessary to leave the motorcycle and remain on the roadway or shoulder of an interurban road.
The customization of this model is done respecting the retroreflective bands and limiting the print area to preserve the necessary areas of high-visibility material.
