Custom yellow reflective vest with DTF printing
Customize your gear with this high-visibility yellow vest with DTF printing, specially designed for biker clubs, associations, riding groups, companies, events, and other groups that want to add their own badge, logo, or design.
The customization includes one print on the front and another on the back. To place your order, you must upload two images with sufficient resolution, one for each area. DTF printing allows you to reproduce designs, texts, and logos in full color with great definition.
The size of the prints will be adapted to each size and design to keep the retroreflective bands clear and preserve the necessary surface of fluorescent fabric. If a design covers too much surface, Iguana Custom may proportionally reduce it so as not to compromise the high-visibility features associated with EN ISO 20471 Class II certification.

How to send your designs
- Upload an image for the front.
- Upload a second image for the back.
- Use files with good resolution and definition.
- Avoid screenshots, pixelated images, or excessively compressed files.
- The designs may be resized to fit each size correctly.
Important: the size of the file sent does not determine the final physical size of the print. The print will be adjusted to the available surface on the garment.
Printing adapted to respect high visibility
The reflective bands will not be covered by the print. In addition, customization will be limited to keep the necessary amount of fluorescent fabric visible.
The available surface may vary depending on the size and type of design. Graphics with large areas of solid color may require a smaller size than texts, lines, or logos with open or transparent areas.
Custom reflective vest for motorcycles and 2026 regulations
Starting from October 1, 2026, the approved reflective vest will become part of the mandatory equipment for motorcycles and scooters when traveling on the road.
For individual motorcyclists, it will not be necessary to use it during regular riding, but it must be carried on the motorcycle and used in situations provided for by the regulations, such as when it is necessary to leave the motorcycle and remain on the roadway or shoulder of an interurban road.
This model allows you to combine your club, association, or company customization with a high-visibility vest, adapting the prints to respect the technical areas of the garment.
